SCHEDULE A & SCHEDULE D INCOME TAX

as Venture Capital Trust (VCT) and Enterprise Investment Schemes
(EIS).

In most cases the home you live in is nominated as the principal private
residence unless your second home is of higher value.

FURNISHED HOLIDAY LETS
Furnished holiday lets are viewed in a different light by the Inland Revenue. As a 'business' taxable allowances are more generous.
